Product Features

Materials and Processes:

L3 aluminum and T2 copper are used. The product is manufactured by friction welding process, which has the characteristics of high weld strength, good electrical conductivity, resistance to electrochemical corrosion, long service life, etc. The manufacturing process of this product is friction welding technology. Friction welding refers to a method in which the frictional heat generated by the mutual friction between metals is used to heat and melt the friction surface. After pressurization and cooling, they can be connected together.


Application Range:

The DTL series of copper-aluminum connection terminals are suitable for the transition connection between various round and semi-circular fan-shaped aluminum wires in the power distribution device, as well as the copper ends of power cables and electrical equipment.
